Monthly Storage Rates:
There is a limited amount of dry, cooler or freezer storage space that can be rented on a monthly basis. Based on availability, rates can be discussed during the application process.
Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit is due at the time of acceptance of your application for kitchen space use and will be returned within 10 days providing the kitchen has been cleaned properly and equipment returned. If a key was issued that must be returned, too.
The security deposits are fully refundable provided that you have paid all of your rent on time, and that you have caused no damage to the facility and returned all equipment to its proper location. For those renting on an on-going basis who choose to terminate a contract, 30-day notification is required and your security deposit will be refunded once all obligations have been met.
Kitchen Rate Schedule for private use: $40/hour + $200 security deposit
If you would like to rent the kitchen for a one-time event or class and have exclusive use of the kitchen, please contact us. You will have exclusive use of the kitchen space during that time. This type of rental will be based on availability and worked-in around long-term leased space that entrepreneurs may have reserved. All policies apply to renting the kitchen for this purpose also. Rental fees must be paid in advance of use.
Cancellation Policies:
Once you reserve your kitchen hours, you are responsible for paying along with a security deposit of $50.00. We require a 30-day written notice to cancel your reservations. After 30-days a 25% cancellation fee will be charged and the rest of your reservation refunded along with your security deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will NOT receive a refund on the rental fee, unless we are able to re-book your time slot. If so, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged on the rental fee portion of your deposit.
