1.  A fully equipped and licensed 1520 sq. ft. commercial kitchen

2.  Equipment includes: two ranges (10 burners), griddle, two conventional ovens, four convection ovens, coolers, freezer, blast chiller, tilt skillet, 20-qt mixer, 12-gallon steam kettle, work-space, cold and dry storage. View Equipment

3.  Equipment and Small Wares: the kitchen will be equipped with well-maintained professional quality appliances for cooking and refrigeration. There is ample table space and a selection of pots and pans and sheet trays that everyone may use onsite. These must be cleaned and returned to their original location. Nothing is to be taken off-site.

All small wares will be left up to the individuals or organizations renting the space. You also must provide your own foil, plastic wrap, towels, gloves, parchment paper, etc.

4.  Block Rates for the Kitchen space: block rates to use the kitchen, with advanced reservations, are available and eliminate long-term leases and facility maintenance and reduce the risks of starting a business. The Kitchen 242 offers the space, equipment depending on your needs and facility management. An orientation is a must before using any equipment in the kitchen.
